Well, I started last year, and I have since gained back everything I lost

. I do know what I did wrong, and I also know I can't continue this yo-yo pattern. So I started again Monday of this week. I am starting with eating 1500-1600 calories aday. I am using fitday to track my calories. Anyone else in there upper 40's following calorie counting. I here the older you get the harder it is to lose weight. I just hope I am able to loose about 45 lbs.
