. I do know what I did wrong, and I also know I can't continue this yo-yo pattern. So I started again Monday of this week. I am starting with eating 1500-1600 calories aday. I am using fitday to track my calories. Anyone else in there upper 40's following calorie counting. I here the older you get the harder it is to loose weight. I just hope I am able to loose about 45 lbs.

Don't know why I thought I could lose wt (never did reach my goal) then just eat whatever I wanted without gaining it back. Guess I was just being a DUH!
I'm paying attention this time around -- cause this is the last time I'm doing this. Right there w/ya on the age thing too. No matter what I've ever done, I still average 1 lb/wk loss.
