Hello all,

I am so sorry for asking this , but , I can not find a thread for slimfast.I know there was one a few mo.ago . I was sick the last few mo. and had to get over that . Now I am ready to do my slimfast again ,which I have this week . But would like the support and chat time here with others doing it also. Any help would be great. Thanks

I have posted on the slimfast one on calorie counters I think. I use slimfast as an additon to my calorie counting. I grab one when i have over eaten a meal or when i dont have anything to fix quick.
