Why is it that when I have a big dinner, I find that I'm starving the next day??? It would seem that the opposite should be true: for instance, when I have a big breakfast, I'm good for eating light all of the rest of the day and I don't wake up the next morning feeling empty. Of course, once I'm hungry I feel like I should eat. So I tend to eat more that next day because I'm always trying to ward off hunger pangs.
It's a slippery slope....
