Hi, my name is Jan. I'm 44 and live in Southern Wisconsin. My daughter and I have decided to work as a team in each losing 20-30 pounds. She's getting married in 10 weeks and wants to get a good start on dropping some pounds before the big day. As for me, I have a very nice formal dress in my closet that I'll need to drop 20 pounds to fit into. We are considering the "Slim in Six" program and would like to know if anyone has tried it or has had any success with it.
