Default Another newbie
New to posting, that is. (Longtime lurker, finally got up the ambition to do something about my own weight, so I joined here for additional support)

Everyone here seems so supportive, and reading about and seeing pictures of everyone's progress is really inspiring! I just joined Weight Watchers 3 weeks ago, and have already lost some weight, but haven't seen any results, however the stories here are giving me the strength to stay on track.

hi, and welcome! I'm pretty new too, and I find that checking in every day, even if I don't post, helps me to stay on track. Not that I have stayed on track EVERY day of the last month, mind you : ( But making a bad food choice one day is just that: one day, and I'm in this for long haul, for a healthier LIFE. Let us know how you're doing!
