I can't believe that I have 100 lbs to lose, but it's true, darn it. I have started WW again. My first time through I reached goal, so I am confident the program will work. The problem I am finding now is that I am finding it difficult to be consistent. I do the journal for 2 or 3 days and then the next thing I know its my meeting date and I haven't kept the journal each day. Or, I start out on the points ok for a few days and then I get in a time crunch and grab something to eat. Worst part is I only think about exercising (taxing two kids all over town DOES NOT burn calorories
So, I am joining the club to put truth on the line. (I've been in denial while those 100 pounds were going on). But, now I am facing the facts -225 pounds and if I don't get my act together I will weight more than I have ever ever ever weighed in my life. Talk about issues that is going to bring up!
My goal for this week is to change my pattern from weight increase to loss: First thing I'm going to focus on is getting some exercise.
Well, I've written more than I start too. I'll come back next Saturday and let you know how I've done.
