I did LAWL 5 years ago and had much success...lost 50 lbs. Of course, I did not
do what I needed to in order to keep it off, so here I am again...heavier now!
I am not sure which plan I should be on now....
I was on the purple plan then moved to the gold the last time.
I weigh 244, am 5'11 and don't exercise at the moment due to foot problems;
I am 43 years old....my goal weight is 180 (or more). I plan on using Luna bars as sub for lites.
