which plan now...please help
Hi,
I am new to the site...so happy to have found it!!! I did LAWL 5 years ago and had much success...lost 50 lbs. Of course, I did not do what I needed to in order to keep it off, so here I am again...heavier now! I am not sure which plan I should be on now.... I was on the purple plan then moved to the gold the last time. I weigh 244, am 5'11 and don't exercise at the moment due to foot problems; I am 43 years old....my goal weight is 180 (or more). I plan on using Luna bars as sub for lites. Can anyone help? Thanks so much!!!! |
Well, you are taller than me (I am 5'6"), but you aren't working out right now, where I am.
When I was at 244, I was on the Red Plan (there are numbered and colored plans, but I am only familiar with the colors). On the Red, if I remember correctly, you get: 2.5 Protein 4 Veggies 3 Fruits 1 Fat 3 Statches 2 Lites 1 Dairy Someone correct me if I am wrong. Good Luck! |
I would agree, red w/ lites :) It may be Red I, but I am not sure......I will see if I still have that info. Good luck to you :)
