Hi everyone. My name's Jennifer. I am turning 26 later this month. I have been navigating this board since st. pattys day, when I started my diet. My diet isn't too hard. Since starting the diet I have not had fast food nor soda. I am drinking lots of water. This first week was a breeze, but I lacked the exercise. Today I found out I had Exercise TV, which has free workout videos. They had Billy Blanks and Jullian Michaels from The biggest Loser.
I started my diet weighing 220 and now im 217. My first goal is to get under 200. For motivation I've been reading Dr. Oz and participating on message boards. Also, theweighwewere.com is a great website with lots of before and after pics! I had success with atkins a while back and lost 14lbs but It was just hard to stick to. Eventually I want to get down to the 140s.
