467Lbs of me! Dropped 6lbs this week!
And here he is right on schedule, Friday morning weigh in and posting in this forum! I dropped 6 lbs this week! I honestly was expecting 2 or 3 so I am extremely happy about the loss this week. I honestly cannot remember the last time that I weighed this little. I want to thank you all for your support, as well as the people that comment on my blog and the ones that actually take the time to email me I appreciate it a lot. so thanks. thats my morning in a nutshell and the mood for the day will be one of a positive direction.
