Default Doing Weight Watchers

Aerotigergirl,

Yes, I started journalling and counting points at home about a month ago. Lost 10 pounds my first month. It has really helped to be aware of what I am eating. It will become more difficult as my point allotment decreases, and I need to refine my choices even more. Right now it is working for me though. Have a great day! Bethz

PFTD: 20 minute hall walking at lunchtime (at school)
B: english muffin, 1 egg white, ff american cheese 3pts
L: 2 rye bread, 1oz turkey, 1oz swiss cheese, 2
clementines, grapes 10pts
S: pretzels 3 points
D: chicken, shrimp, vegetable salad, italian dressing 10pts

WTG Bethz You're so close to 30 lbs down. Even if you don't quite get it this week, you'll be there so soon!
