granola, orange juice, coffee (12 pts) Lunch: 2 clementine oranges (1pt) Dinner: 4 oz chicken, 1/2 cup stuffing, brocolli (10 pts) Snacks: keebler peanut butter cookies (binge) Breakfast at a hotel buffet:devil:...Traveled several hours in ca:dizzy:r...No exercise;)...plenty of water...Time to visit 3fc!:carrot: Tomorrow will be a better day!:hug:Bethz |

Yes, I started journalling and counting points at home about a month ago. Lost 10 pounds my first month. It has really helped to be aware of what I am eating. It will become more difficult as my point allotment decreases, and I need to refine my choices even more. Right now it is working for me though. B: english muffin, ff cheese, egg white (3) L: lite yogurt, clementines (3) S: pear (2) Dinner: hamburger on roll with condiments (5) S: popcorn, cheese sauce, grapes (5) Water: Plenty Exercise: walk one mile Thursday, March 13 B: simply quaker oatmeal, banana (5) S: italian wedding soup (6) L: 1oz turkey breast, 2 rye bread, apple (7) S: grapes, saltines and salsa (3) D: Water: Plenty Exercise: walk one mile I'm excited! If I lose another 1/2 pound it will be 3 for the week, putting me at a 30 pound total loss so far! Bethz |
