Woah woah woah! It's called "Move
More" and that's what needs to be focused on. Not even reaching the maximum number of activity points.
I'm actually quite positive that there are many maintainers with WW who don't even get that much exercise. The important part is reaching a compromise with your body & with what is a healthy amount of exercise.
It's also really good that you wish to follow the WW plan as thoroughly as possible, but there may be parts of the program that you
have to modify to suit your own needs. And isn't that what WW wants us to do? To make sure that we wrap WW around our lives, and not the other way around?
Honestly, forget all about the 28 activity points for now... probably even for a number of months. Just focus on what you've been doing. Walking more and moving more. You're doing great right now, and down the road you can think about increasing.
This is just like feeling overwhelmed about how much we must lose to get to goal. We cannot focus on something like that all the time. We have to break it up into smaller goals.
