Any good WW cookbook recommendations?

  • I have a copy of WW Simply the Best but would like to get one more cookbook. I looked at the Complete WW Cookbook but the reviews on it at Amazon were not that great.
I would prefer one that is fairly simple.

Anyone have suggestions? Or I could add a different cookbook if the nutrition info is there to figure out the points.

    Thanks!
  • I should probably become a sales rep for the Cooking Light Super Fast Suppers cookbook, since I've bought 3 copies (2 as gifts) and recommended it to just about anyone who will listen.

So that being said, that's what I recommend -- all the nutritional info is there with every recipe so you can calc. points. What I love about it is that it gives you a plan for the entire meal, like what to prepare in what order so things will be ready at the same time. It also suggests things to accompany the dishes, which is awesome. I love everything I've made from it, and it's all preparable under 30 minutes!

  • I love love love the Weight Watchers in Minutes cookbook!!! I have several WW cookbooks, but this one is by far my favorite!
  • You know I ordered the at Home kit and got the old companion guide and dining out guide..so I called to complain and they said the would send the new ones out and because of my trouble they were going to include
WW Meals in Minutes is that the same cookbook you mention?
  • Keep your eyes open at used book stores and even goodwill in their book section, I got one at Walmart.

I'd like to try the cookbook that's on the 3FC home page, I think it's called Foods you Crave. They reviewed it, it sounds good, gives the nutrional info we need for Flex and uses real foods. If anyone knows of it or tried it, I'd like to hear. Thanks!
