I haven't been to the gym in TWO AND A HALF WEEKS. Apparently my weightloss efforts haven't suffered too terribly, as I'm still averaging 3-ish pounds a week.
That's no excuse though! I have been slightly under-the-weather with a sniffle or two, but nothing that should keep me from hitting the cardio machines.
Soooooooo, I'm going back tonight, or ELSE! I'll report (truthfully) tomorrow, and if I didn't go, I'd like everyone to lecture me!!!
Hoenstly, we all have those spurts. I haven't been to the gym in 3 days, which isn't two and a half weeks, but if I don't get myself there tonight, it could easily turn into a 2 week thing. It has before. It's a habit I constantly have to stay on top of. I only lost a lb this week... and I am convinced I could have lost more if I had just pushed myself and gone to the gym once or twice more. Good luck!!!!

good for you! not only for getting back to exercising but for still managing to lose some pounds thats great, you must be doing something right! And you'll feel so proud of yourself once you get home tonight from the gym, I always feel good after I've done it that it helps get me back there the next time.
i have been making lame excuses to pass up the gym, too, but unlike your luck my missed cardio HAS been affecting my weight loss. i'm with you - BACK TO THE GYM!
I go Mon-Thurs. It's like going to work, it HAS TO BE DONE! NO EXCUSES! That's my theory. It works for me. But then I get 3 days off in a row (Fri-Sun) so I'm like, cool... I get a little break. Works for me!
