I haven't been to the gym in TWO AND A HALF WEEKS. Apparently my weightloss efforts haven't suffered too terribly, as I'm still averaging 3-ish pounds a week.

That's no excuse though! I have been slightly under-the-weather with a sniffle or two, but nothing that should keep me from hitting the cardio machines.

Soooooooo, I'm going back tonight, or ELSE! I'll report (truthfully) tomorrow, and if I didn't go, I'd like everyone to lecture me!!!
