Default Points for Chicken Kiev

Does anyone have any idea what the points for an average piece of boneless, skinless chicken kiev might be? Bought it from the grocery store quite awhile ago and it was prepared by the grocery store so there is no nutritional information on the tag.

I use to love those. But they are no points bargain! I can't remember for sure but the ones I've looked at seemed to be about 13 points. They have a lower fat version but I don't know how many points those were at all. It's been a long time since I've bought them. Good luck....Sis

I have been buying chicken cordon swiss, chicken kiev, chicken stuffed with broccoli and cheese individually packaged from a meat store here. I love them on a bun with a salad for supper. According to the nutritional value on the package, they range from 8.5 (for the chicken stuffed with broccoli and cheese) to 9.5 (for chicken cordon swiss).

Although they are high in points, I like them as a treat every now and then.

Tip: At Costo or Sams: in the frozen asile they have what is called: "Lowfat Marco Pollo Chicken".
Its 190 Cal, 5 Fat, 1 fiber. 4.5 points. About the same thing and very good.
Look for it!

Or make your own. You can make it for alot less points.
