Default St. Pattys day super challange

I need a challenge to ramp up my weight loss. January went great for me, but February has started slow (both super bowl and Valentines Day were off plan for me ). So I want a challenge to get me going. St Patty’s day is just a month away so I have set a goal to loose 8-10 pounds by St. Patty’s day. Here are my specific goals:

-stay on plan with my diet every day!
-do at least 360 minuets of cardio a week (include more running)
-and at least 90 minuets of strength training

Anyone interested in joining me??

I'll join you! I'm in for 8 pounds by St. Patty's day. I don't know if I can do 10, but I think 8 might be attainable for me. Woo! Hello 200's. No more 210's.

Heck yeah I'll join you! I've been trying to come up with a new mini-goal. Thanks for coming up with it for me !

My goal is 10 pounds by St. Patty's day. More Specifically:

Up my exercise each week
Get 8+ water EVERY DAY
Stay on-plan. Count absolutely everything.

I am up for the challenge!

I will also work for 8 lbs.
Calorie Count at 1800 per day
40 mins of Cardio at least 3 times per week
circuit training 3 times per week.

Official weigh in: 194 lbs

I haven't been losing super fast, so my goal will be 4 pounds (hoping for 1 pound per week) and some whole-hearted weight lifting time at least 3x every week. I'm ready!

My goal is 6.4 lbs.!! 8 would be a little TOO ambitious for me. (I need to lose an average of 1.6 lbs. to be below 200 lbs for my May1st goal that I have going with a buddy of mine)

Okay, this sounds good. I'm in for the eight by St. Pat's Day....then I won't feel so bad downing my green beer! Ha-ha. So to drop these eight pounds, I plan to exercise more and stick with my 1200/1500 calorie diet.

I'd love to have a date timetable...so I'll say that I'd like to be in the 100's by St. Patty's Day.

It's only a few pounds....but ahhhhhhhh I feel like I'll be walking on AIR the day I know there's no 2 before my weight!

Yay! Into the 100s! Good on you - you can do it!

How's everybody doing on their goals?

BTW - has anyone heard that St Patty's day has been moved this year to the 15th? For some reason that makes me smile. I'm going to set my goal to end on the 17th, though.

I'm in too!! I'll try for the 8. I didn't make my v-day goal mind you it was a bit more ambitious so lets see if I can do 8 by st.pattys but I'm still counting it as the 17th!
