I need a challenge to ramp up my weight loss. January went great for me, but February has started slow (both super bowl and Valentines Day were off plan for me

). So I want a challenge to get me going. St Patty’s day is just a month away so I have set a goal to loose 8-10 pounds by St. Patty’s day. Here are my specific goals:
-stay on plan with my diet every day!
-do at least 360 minuets of cardio a week (include more running)
-and at least 90 minuets of strength training
