Wow DaisyNicloe!! You are doing awesome!! My body seems to be stuck, and I haven't strayed from my plan once. I have lost this weight before, it takes a lot of work to lose anymore once I get below 140, stupid body seems like being a little bit chubby but I refuse to be bullied!!
Ella - I know how you feel - right now I'm about 1/2 way to my ultimate goal - and I can't seem to get out of the #180's. I'm revamping things next week - and buckling down a little more. Especially now that work's calmer.
I weighed this morning - and decided to update my tickers today - only because I'm down #2.4 from Sunday This puts me perfectly in line for St. Patrick's Day goal... I just have to keep it up! It'd be nice to hit a mini goal again - AND to get out of the #180's for GOOD!!!!
Strive for it and if you don't reach it, move on to your next mini-goal. The point is to constantly be working for that big goal with the mini-goals serving as extra motivation. Don't worry if you can't do it. Supposedly, on the calories I am on, I should be able to lose 2 lbs. per week...you might be able to reach it...so don't change it.
Actually, I just looked at your mini-goals and it looks like two of them wound up being close together....if you really want to change it, you should. Do what makes you feel better about it.
I have thought about changing mine too, 6 pounds in two and a half weeks seems like a lot! But I am going to leave it and if I get close then I will be happy. Theoretically I should be able to drop 5 pounds by then at a rate of 2 pounds per week but my weight loss is pretty erratic. Four pounds one week then 1 pound the next I can never predict what’s going to happen.

Hi everyone! I've been absent for a week, so I hope everyone is doing well. Last week I was stuck in a rut and didn't lose a thing. This week's weigh-in was much better.
Goal: 210
Start: 218
Current: 215.5
Lost: 2.5
Left to Lose: 5.5
I've got my fingers crossed that I can shed those 5.5 in the next three weeks. If I can drop 2 a week, then it is totally doable, but my body doesn't usually work like that.
I'm not really on track with my goal, I've only lost 1 pound and have 7 more to go! That's more than 2 per week so I'm a little skeptical that I can do it but i'm not going to change it, I'm a big dreamer!
Girls - let's all stick to it! This is the first time that I'm NOT changing my mini-goal. in the past I'd get to the point where I thought I wouldn't make it, so I'd change mine - and then with the easier goal - I wouldn't try as hard. NOT THIS TIME!
I'm down #2.2 so far - which leaves me #4.8 to go... I have 3 weeks - which means I need to get my butt in gear!
Well I'm going to see where I am at on friday and then adjust my goals if necessary. At this point I am so happy to have hit 200 and am getting my new purse this week!! I just can't wait!! But i really hope to get to onderland by friday!
wisher we are in the same boat. I'm only thinking abotu changing mine cause I didn't make my last goal although 22lbs in 1 month was a bit ridiculous!! What was I thinking?!?!?!?
I'm more on track with my goal than before and I'm half way to my mini goal! I've dropped 4 of the 8 pounds required so I only have 4 left to go in the next 3 weeks. **** I may even surpass this St. Patty's Day goal and that would be the best birthday present for me ever!!
