I just joined and I'm really excited about being here! I hope that having a whole board dedicated to weight loss (and maintainance ) to read and post in will help me stay motivated and stick to my goals.

Yes, the boards are very large, but feel free to post anywhere you are comfortable. There are age & weight based support groups as well as sections dedicated to certain plans. Have a look around!
