Hi!

I just joined and I'm really excited about being here! I hope that having a whole board dedicated to weight loss (and maintainance :D) to read and post in will help me stay motivated and stick to my goals. :woohoo:

Now off to lurk some because this place is so big I don't know what to do with myself. :dizzy:

Yes, the boards are very large, but feel free to post anywhere you are comfortable. There are age & weight based support groups as well as sections dedicated to certain plans. Have a look around!
