Week 5 Already Greenie WEED'ies! So that's 6 weeks to go? Let's start the Week 5 with a recap, shall we?
I've been creeping ever upward to my all time high of 248 since Thanksgiving - Friday (not my w/i day) I weighed 234 . . . tonight @ the Y scale I was back down to 229 so anxious to get on my usual scale tomorrow for my ticker changing w/i of Mondays.
I think I've got a grip and am ready to put all the things that I KNOW but don't put into practice for the rest of the 6 weeks (and, ummmm, surely the rest of my LIFE?)
Got some AWESOME WEED'ing done today: *insert all of yesterdays emoticons* and got a lot of cooking for the week/freezing premade meals (Tx for the inspiration holyT!)
I'm missing jenmusic too grazie . . . hope everyone gets a chance to check in here mid-challengish - let's support & motivate each other, shall we?
i stepped on the scale late in the evening to see that i'd dropped another lb. I"m hoping in the morning when i do my W/I that it'll be a little bit lower

Just had the best late nite treat . . . International Foods Swiss Mocha boiled and then whipped some cream in my trusty Magic Bullet til thick and then whipped the hothot coffee in with it - YUM!
WTG holyT! We must've posted at the same time . . . I'm staying up a bit late 'cause I'm baking 6 Parmesan Chicken Breast - found this McCormick Seasoning called "Rotisserie Chicken" that is the bomb. Looking good bubbling away in the oven.
I read about you boxing - is that on wii? I'm a bit sore from my weekend return to working out - but the "good" kind of sore, ya know?
I hear that. I gotta forget about the candy on top of the fridge. Maybe I should really hide it somewhere else...like the breadmaker up on the fridge....

Kind of a crappy, bloated morning for me, rings are tight etc. Did not think I did badly this weekend, but must have been too much salt and not enough water!

aud: yes boxing is on the wii...it's a game that comes with it...wii sports. that late night treat you've got sounds super yummy. my w/l stayed about the same....i'll be up late doing schoolwork after i get home. I was up late last night working on it, and i woke up hearin weird stuff....i think it was rain...anyway i got up and it was 5 am anyway. so i got up, fixed my salad, put on a roast for later, reheated my nice dry clothes, and I'm about to get my face on and breakfast made for me and Captain. I'll zip off to work and hopefully get there early enough to be home on time so i can finish up my last paper. Gonna be a long day
Morning ladies. I think I had a pretty good weekend. TOM came a bit earlier than i expected. Decided to visit me starting saturday, but the good news is...I only weighed in at 135.5 this morning. Considering I usually gain about 3-4 pounds during this time, I am pleased to only be up a pound. So, planning on eating healthy and light this week and hope to see another pound gone by Friday.

Checking in after a long respite. Haven't even been lurking, so I hope I didn't miss anything juicy!!
I've had a weird week. Eating went totally haywire, and the scale reflects it. Although I refuse to change my ticker, I'm up about 6 pounds from the 304. With my weight loss, I think TOM has finally settled into a routine, so I also get the 3-4 lb gain on the scale. I think I'll blame most of the gain on that !
Treadmill has continued to be awesome. I actually though it was broken because it seemed like it was slowing down. What I finally realized is that I was speeding up!!
Nice NSV this weekend: Went through a ton of clothes that haven't fit for a while. Most now fit, and some were even too big! I actually got a size 24 jeans up over my hips - OK, they weren't anywhere near closing or zipping, but past the hips is good!

D - I've come too far to start slacking now. No slacking allowed!!
No more relief for me from TOM - just constant menopausal agitation - I think I'm finally dealing with so that means maybe its almost over???? - LOL!

if i wasn't so stressed about getting my work done tonight i'd feel better about being up early. I put on a roast for dinner though, so that's something. i got my salad and stuff going early...i'll need to do a repeat performance tonight before i crash so i can sleep a little later tomorrow.
Hi friends! today is a normal monday for me went through the house cleaning like a mad woman. I work tomorrow I didn't make it to the gym this morning but I still may go after DH gets home. Making chicken fettichini for dinner not low cal, but will watch my serving size.
So guess what, DH called the airlines to find out how taking our stroller is going to work and then asked about our seating. they had him sitting 4 rows away from the kids and I He got them to move him to the same row, but he will have a window seat and wont be able to help with the kids much. This is the first time flying for me and the kids and I am so nervous they will freak out and cry the whole time. I know the pressure change is going to bug Makie so I plan on taking sippy cups and lots of snacks to keep her chewing (we are thinking of teaching her how to chew gum) I'm not sure how Tommy will fair. We will be packing electronic games, color books, movies, and snacks I hope it will be okay. the flight is only about 2.5 hours long.
