I am joining with my daughter. This is a big year for both of us as I turn 60 and she turns 30. My goal is to "be styling at 60" with my beautiful daughter!
Congrats and welcome! It's great to have a weight loss buddy doesn't it? I'm 31 and my mom is 58 and we are doing it together too! But, she's not a forum person like I am, so I'll have to post for the both of us! LOL
Hey Chris, I'm 60 too, and who says you can't look great at 60? Or any age, for that matter? We have a group of older ladies over in the "groups called 50+. Why don't you come over and check us out.
It's so great to have someone to go on this journey with...that is one of the reasons 3FC has been so great...even more support beyond my at-home-diet-buddies.
Can't wait to get to know you better - settle in and keep posting. You may want to visit the "50 plus" area - a bunch of active, lively folks in your age range. Or just post wherever...we're a very welcoming bunch!
