Sounds like you have a really solid plan set up...calorie counting and exercise is a method MANY people here have used, with great success. You may want to visit the "Calorie Counters" forum - lots of good advice there for watching your calorie intake. You might also visit the "20-Somethings" area - they have daily chat threads and check-ins. There is a spot here for everyone, so find one or two, settle in, and keep posting.
