The key to learning to maintain is accepting that you have to plan just as much for MAINTENANCE as for losses. The easiest way I know of is to stop thinking of what you are doing as a "diet". Eventually, you go OFF a diet. A LIFESTYLE CHANGE, though...well, you can improve it, but you can't just fail at it or fall off of it.
