new here, ready to start
Ok, hey everyone. I have decided to take on my weight loss goals. I want to lose at least 25 lbs. I want to make friends online to support each other with the hard process of weight loss. With the Thanksgiving coming, I am very worried that I am going to spiral out of control with my eating, as I do if I eat one bad, or not healthy food. I am stepping in and stopping this, now! I can't handle it anymore. My years in college, my weight has gone up and down, and I want to lose the extra weight and keep healthy! I also used to run everyday, and I have stopped that, I no longer workout anymore. This is something I am looking forward to changing. Good luck! =)
