new here, ready to start

  • Ok, hey everyone. I have decided to take on my weight loss goals. I want to lose at least 25 lbs. I want to make friends online to support each other with the hard process of weight loss. With the Thanksgiving coming, I am very worried that I am going to spiral out of control with my eating, as I do if I eat one bad, or not healthy food. I am stepping in and stopping this, now! I can't handle it anymore. My years in college, my weight has gone up and down, and I want to lose the extra weight and keep healthy! I also used to run everyday, and I have stopped that, I no longer workout anymore. This is something I am looking forward to changing. Good luck! =)

    Have you tried walking as an exercise? It's cheap, free and you can do it practically anywhere. Walking can be as easy or as challenging as you want it to be, and results can be seen pretty quickly. Plus, you may not get as sore as you would from taking up running again, so it may be easier to stick with. I love it!

    Perhaps you could try to give yourself permission to have something yummy on Thanksgiving and then get right back on program.
