How do I enter what I do with the bands and rebounder in Fit Day? They do have trampoline in there but I think that is referring to the big trampolines, not the rebounder.
I always entered resistance bands as "weight lifting". Depending on how hard I was working, I did either light or heavy.
I never figured out what to do with the rebounder either. Their calories burned calculations always seemed off to me anyway, so I stopped entering stuff.
