Resistance bands, Rebounder and Fit Day
How do I enter what I do with the bands and rebounder in Fit Day? They do have trampoline in there but I think that is referring to the big trampolines, not the rebounder.

I always entered resistance bands as "weight lifting". Depending on how hard I was working, I did either light or heavy.
I never figured out what to do with the rebounder either. Their calories burned calculations always seemed off to me anyway, so I stopped entering stuff. |
Thanks. I knew I could count on you to help since you do both. I'll do the bands under weight training.
Maybe I'll just do the rebounder as jogging in place if they have that. How often did you do the rebounder? Was it in addition to other workouts? |
