I have been eating well and maintaining a exercise program that includes both cardio and strength training. However, this back bulge won't seem to bulge. I am quite aware that there is no such thing as spot training, but are there any exercises that I could do to at least to help minimize them. I have become so frustrated with the unsightly bulges.
Ummm I'll just be honest and say give it some time. I see by your ticker you want to lose 44 more pounds. Just be patient and see where you are when you get closer to goal. Hang in there and keep doing what you're doing!
Yup, the fat will leave your back, but if that is where you store most of your fat, it will be at the end of the journey.
I've never really heard of a woman storing most of her fat in her back, so I suspect that as you lose, it's going to gradually come off your back like from most other place. Think of the onion skin analogy- as you peel it away, the layers get progressively smaller.
I guess the old saying patience is a virtue will stand true here as well. Yeah, I dont know, it's not that I store the most fat in my back, its just that I get the bra hangage. But thanks for the advice and I will keep patient and see where I am once I reached my goal.
