Everyone weigh in 10/12/07
The weather is getting cooler, are our clothes getting looser as well? It's time to find out in the 3FC general weigh in thread. Everyone is welcome to join, just jump in whenever your official weigh in day rolls around. Good luck, everyone!
Me: 176, same as last week. Well, I've been hesitant to change my way of eating since I have lost and maintained an 80 pound weight loss, but my struggles with this long plateau have convinced me that I needed a change. I'm upping my calories during the day, and lowering them at night. I'm hoping this brings a change in the coming weeks, once I adjust to the new way of doing things.

Today I weighed in at 288.2! That's 4 lbs down from last Friday. I've now lost 25 pounds!!

Maintaining at 143. But I did just start a new excersize routine...so it might take a week or so to see the results on the scale.

Tealeaf...I'm with ya on the plateu thing. Maybe changing up our routines will get it back on the losing track!!

128. One pound down! 3 pounds away from my goal. I got Turbo Jam in the mail finally as well, and i'm going to start that routine on sunday!

I still can't believe I'm down 25lbs by doing it the "healthy way".

208, down one from Friday and up one from Sat/Sun - it's TOM and I have been eating like a fool. Tomorrow (since I screwed up today real good haha) will start calorie counting again and stick to 1200-1400. No more crappy weeks!
