Hi Jessica,
Boy, I know that the pressure on ballet dancers to be tiny is really high. That being said, at a goal weight of 110 lbs, I'm not sure you'd have enough strength/muscle to execute some of the movements that require lots of strength (of which there are PLENTY in ballet). It would be hard for you to get to a weight that low (a BMI of 17.2...18.5 is considered the bottom of the "healthy" category) without losing lots of muscle and strength, which wouldn't be great for your dancing.
If you're looking to tone up or get down to the low-end of your healthy range, there is plenty of advice here, but you might want to re-evaluate your goal weight. For your height, a healthy weight is considered a minimum of 119 lbs.
