I have not slept all night because I've been cramming for exams and I've had nothing but some diet mountain dew. I was planning on starting the first phase next week, after exams, but I figure why postpone?
The bottle of diet mountain dew says no carbs, but I never trust the stuff anyway and I know in the book it says no sodas, so is it too late to start now, or does the diet mountain dew not make a difference?
I haven't given up diet Mt. Dew and I've done just fine on SB. I figure it's my only vice, and if I gave it up, I'd be perfect, and how boring would that be. Obviously I'm kidding about being perfect, but I really haven't given it up. Maybe I will one day, Lord knows I could probably send my stepson to college with the money I'd save if I gave it up.
