Hi everyone. I made a brief appearance here last summer. I got the flu and had to quit eating eggs/meat for a while.

That made it hard to keep up with South Beach. I'm back and ready to be fit again. I quit smoking 2 weeks ago and need a boost to quit eating/snacking so much.
I just posted my exercise goal in the exercise sticky for some extra accountability. You all rock when it comes to exercising and eating right. Thanks for the motivation.
