Today was bad news (PMS, ugh!) so I'm writing it off. Tomorrow's my first day of Week 8 on BFL, and I'm going to make the most of it.
SUNDAY
1: kashi go-lean crunch, blueberries
2: apple, almonds
3: hummus & veggie sandwich, carrots
4: soy protein shake
5: veggie-loaf, roasted cauliflower
6: veggie-loaf, roasted cauliflower
workout: 20 mins cardio intervals, 25 mins steady state cardio
