So...I have this...obstacle. My broken leg.
I've noticed that ever since this happened my body has become more untone (I would say that I was considerably toned before) and have gained weight.

Do any of you out there have any suggestions as to somewhat high intensity workouts that don't require me to be up on my leg. I mean, I can stand on it, just can't bend it due to the immobilizer I'm wearing. No jumping jacks or squats.
