I guess today is my WI. Fridays should be good because they follow the week when I usually have less time for munching and have controlled amounts of food with me.
I am a little disappointed

, I had hoped for 2, but it's 1, which is better than the other direction.
I was at 262.5 when we got back from our vacation (8/13), then in the ensuing week I jumped up one day to 270

! (TOM). That's when the alarm bells when off and I got serious about tracking again. I've been working my way back down since.
The lowest I had was back in May when I hit 257.5 and could actually put on a pair of zip up jeans (still too tight to wear). I'm looking forward to moving into "virgin" fat territory in the next month.
