Weigh in at home 8/27 - 9/2
Ruthannie - thanks for your post and your good wishes. I can see you understand the situation. The saga continues - I found out yesterday that the interviews that were supposed to take place last Wednesday are actually taking place today!
I went into my current school yesterday and did what I could - that is do what would have to be done for the room but what I would not have to undo if I get the other position. My snacking was a bit better yesterday and I did a good 45 minutes on the treadmill/spin bike. I figured since the interviews are continuing today, I may as well go to my parent's pool - I don't want to hang around the house. I did a short yoga practice this morning, plan on walking in the pool and doing an exercise dvd when I get home later this afternoon. Tonight, it's Yankees vs. Red Sox. Big series - I think I'll plan on popcorn and knitting. At least it should take my mind off the work situation for a bit. Have a great one, Judy |
I guess today is my WI. Fridays should be good because they follow the week when I usually have less time for munching and have controlled amounts of food with me.
I am a little disappointed:(, I had hoped for 2, but it's 1, which is better than the other direction. I was at 262.5 when we got back from our vacation (8/13), then in the ensuing week I jumped up one day to 270 :yikes:! (TOM). That's when the alarm bells when off and I got serious about tracking again. I've been working my way back down since. The lowest I had was back in May when I hit 257.5 and could actually put on a pair of zip up jeans (still too tight to wear). I'm looking forward to moving into "virgin" fat territory in the next month.:goodscale ruthannie |
