Default been a while

Hello everyone.. been a while since i have posted on here... was doing real well with my diet but then a friend came over from america and well, lets say i pretended i was a thin person the whole time she was here.. luckily i didnt put on any weight, but i didnt lose any either..
i have noticed some problems with me lately tho i have always prided myself on the fact that no matter what i weighed i could get up and do what i wanted.. not anymore.. walking is a deff chore for me all of a sudden im 20st 10 pounds btw..i have a lump on my left leg the the dr said is a fatty tumor?? wth?? he says even if i lose weight that will stay.. is below my knee in front kinda on the right.. boy is it cute lol... i also have a bump on my achilles tendon from straining it in may and it still hasnt gone down.. was jogging in place.. all 300( almost) pounds of me.. im suprised it didnt snap lol
so, needless to say, making myself actually get up and go for a walk is hard.. knowing i will be hurting in my tendon the whole walk is daunting
how do you motivate yourself when you dont like to move much anyhow lol and then ya know will make you hurt?? i have walked up and down the stairs in my house a few times a day... for some reason that doesnt hurt my tendon.. go figure...
well, enough ranting and rambling.. just wanted to re introduce myself, say Hey, and vent? lol

HI JT. That sounds weird - a fatty tumour???!

That's a good idea to use the stairs for exercise. I really ned to start walking again. I am such a slob.

Maybe you could buy a treadmill, exercise bike so you could do a little bit at a time? Or maybe an exercise dvd.....or swimming?
Think of the benefits exercise does to your body and maybe that will help motivate....
Good luck
