I just had a look on the website for the diet, it looks very interesting.....
When you get the pack through could you do a 'mini review' please, as I may well be tempted.
Thanks

I ordered the email starter pack today which I have printed off......Looks a very interesting diet.
Basically allowed upto 10 points aday, these are calculated via Matrix. A chart which works out the points.
You are given a free food list, listing foods that can be eaten freely. Interesting one on there is certain cereals and skimmed can be eaten freely.Muller yogs, fruit veg etc are free.
So yes i agree it is a mixture of SW and WW
Going to have a bash with this diet and see how i go with it

Hi
How is the jigsaw diet going?
I have not been dieting as recently had a heart attack and had to pack up smoking. However, now I have a month of no smoking under my belt, decided to get back to the diet.....Have decided on the jigsaw diet as it provides so much variety....
Look forward to sharing info
Sand

I'm ok thanks, lucky for me I had a big wakeup call to change my lifestyle. I packed up smoking last year for 5 month but started again...Why because i gained weight....Well this time, going to tackle both head on at the same time....Heart specialist told me have to do both so gonna have a good bash....
