I thought this would be a good idea since we have so many chicks who do pray, and lately it's seemed that a lot of us girls have needed prayers and are praying for each other. Here's my prayer request:
Please pray for DH and myself and our failing marriage. For me, strength and courage, and maybe some comfort in there too.
Pray for Jessie that she has a safe trip to Brazil. (I think she's already gone or I would let her post that.)
Oh yeah, and for my little brother, Ryan, who blew out his back at work. Pray that it's just a sprain and no herniated disks or anything.

Reason: Forgot one...
I'm on it Kim. Thanks for posting your request. This thread will help me remember who I need to be praying for, once it catches on. Saves on paper anyway.
Lisa's marriage
Jessie's trip
Lisa's brother's back
Kim's PCOS treatment
Shequila's hopes to be a mommy someday
Kara's trip
Mare's health
Ruth's knee, her Harry, and Lucy
Linda, you're a sweetheart, already thinking of us without me even asking. Clearly we had many angels with us on our trip!
I will continue to pray for you girls, and will add your brother, Lisa, as well.
If you have a moment, would you pray for guidance as we try to figure out how we're going to spend the rest of this year? As of right now, we do not have tickets back to Korea. We'll have to opportunity to try to go by military flights back with Tom but that may not work out, so please keep us in your prayers that we will be able to discern God's will *and* be content with whatever He desires for us.
Lisa, whatever your outcome is I strongly believe that it will be "the way it is supposed to be"
I went through a divorce many years ago when my kids were little. At the time it was devistating on all of us. My ex husband is a great person, but not my great person. Had we stayed together my kids would have grown up with 2 miserable people. My ex husband would not have met his perfect wife and I would not have met my perfect husband. So instead of my kids growing up in an unhappy household, they ended up with 4 happy parents instead. It turned out the way it was supposed to be. Of course it would have been better if the marriage had worked, but it wasn't meant to be.
My thoughts and prayers and will all who need them.
Cat- what a great positive attitude you have. I wish my mom had of had that attitude when she and my dad divorced.
Take care chicks.
I will be praying for everyone and their requests. Here is my prayer request: My four year old DH has had three gallbladder stones in 9 months. She was hospitalized on Friday and Saturday...we got sent home on oral antibotics and Monday if Ultrasound shows that 7mm stone is still stuck in her bile duct they are performing an ERP to try and grab it. If successful they will schedule her to have gallbladder removed, if unsuccessful they will have to perform surgery to remove both stone and gallbladder. Please lift up Mackenzie and the doctors in your prayers tomorrow. Thanks
Pearlrose, your DD will be in my prayers today, too. Poor thing, gallstones are excrutiating, and she's so young to be suffering through that! I pray her procedure is a big success.
Kiko, I haven't forgotten about you, you two are in my prayers, too.
