Hello, I'm kind of new 2 this and I've made up my mind that I wanna loose some weight and that I want 2 tone up and get into shape. Well I'm a stay at home mom with 4 children ranging from the ages of 14 - 3yrs old. I have been battling with my weight 4 the longest and I feel that I start but then I go back 2 the eating. I have tried every diet that u can think of that has been put out on the market. I have tried every diet pill and all that I get from the pills are side effects and I stop. I don't have anyone to give me any motivation or support at this time. I have been reading some stories in the different forums and I've been amazed by what I read and I figure that if they can do it I can as well. Right now I've been drinking organic green tea 3x's a day and take cortislim burn but stopped taking the cortislim cause it gives me side effects. I watch what I eat I have incorporated vegetables and fruits into my eating habits and only eat fish and chicken and I excersice when ever I feel like it but I've been trying 2 do more exersicing and sometimes I go bike riding with my children but then the next day I feel tired and I won't workout so that's where I have 2 step it up. My weight when I started was 195 and now I weight 180 and my goal is 150 but it's so hard cause there are times where I feel bloated and tired but I will see how things go along. I just wanna work on my stomach cause after having 4 kids I need to get into shape and be healthy for them.
