Hello Everyone - I am new-well signed up a long time ago and never participated - certainly not new to diet and exercise....but have just lost my motovation to eat right because I am working out so hard and using that as an excuse to eat whatever I want to. Not loosing any but not gaining either. I have been on a diet since lets see....since birth!!!LOL!!!
I live in AL born and raised here - around southern cooking and eating....I am 40 years old...have tried every diet under the WW, nutri system, metabolic, slimfast, Atkins, etc.....the only thing that makes any sense to me is to try and eat right/healthy and exercise. All of the diets work but......when you get off of them BAM!!!!it starts coming back.
Anywho-enough rambling...just wanted to say hi from south Alabama and good luck to everyone. I would love to hear what worked for you and see your results for my motovation and welcome any advice and/or motovation, recipies...etc.....
