Default Day 1

Day 1 is not going well!! I can see why I haven't been losing weight, things I think wouldn't be all that bad for me really are a lot of calories.

I have eaten 839 calories already and it's only 12:30!!

But, I will not go above 1400 calories today, and I will exercise - no excuses!

I can't tell you how many "Day One" starts I've had! Just keep with it and don't let your mind talk you into giving up!

Day One is always hard. Day Two might even be harder. But after a couple more days, you'll start to see a pattern in what you eat, and can start to determine what needs to change. Once you get into some sort of routine, it'll get easier. You'll have hard days, but they'll be fewer and farther between. Just keep at it and don't give up on yourself!
