And actually, the recommendation is 5 servings of fruits/veggies
combined (for women eating ~1600 calories/day). 2 fruit and 3 veggies. The recommendation goes up for people who eat more calories...
This is why a lot of us find it easy to eat many 'servings' of veggies! I just wish they did it by weight too. I frequently eat 100 g of baby carrots for lunch and call it a serving, but for all I know it's not! I guess I could break out my measuring cups!
