Default Finally...

My son and I went out for our morning walk on Thursday and I caught sight of myself in the windows of the stores we were walking by and I have to say that for the first time in a long time, I was actually pleased with what I saw. Yes, I am still fluffy, but, I could see a difference. My butt that my mother has always called a shelf, is now more of a slope. I have always had the butt that, as a friend in high school used to say, you could set a glass of water and an alarm clock on, but now, I think those things would slide right on off.

I also noticed that when I walk, my butt isn't as bouncy anymore. That in and of itself made me walk a little taller because to me, it always looked like two pigs fighting under a blanket when I walked. I can't say what this has done for my self-esteem, folks. Makes me even more motivated to keep going, though, I don't really have a choice in the matter anymore.

I hope everyone is doing well...

Take Care.

That is so awesome! What a great motivation! It's nice to be able to look in the mirror (or window) and know that all of your hard work is paying off. What a great NSV! Keep up the good work!
