I got my stretchy bands when I ordered Leslie Sansone's "Walking away the pounds" tapes. She has the 1,2,3 mile walks where you just walk in place but it's alot more than that. You're going sideways, backwards, and forwards. They also use the bands for upper arm strength. They're alot of fun and you do feel it....believe me. I think you can get the bands at any sporting goods place.
