I'm beginning to read the Beck Diet Solution, which tells me that I really must find a support system of some type. I am very shy, but hope to find some great people to hang out with, to support and to get support!

Hi Eppie. I like your name because of the story "Silas Marner". I follow intuitive eating which means eating when hungry and stopping when statisfied. Lately I've been using and eliptical, too. I don't know what the Beck diet is for sure but I thought it had some of the intuitive eating message in it.
