Hi ladies! I just joined earlier today and I posted a general intro, but I thought I would post a link to it in here. http://www.3fatchicks.com/forum/showthread.php?t=116748

And if you don't want to read it, here's a condensed version... I'm a 23 year old mom to 2, trying to lose about 25lbs by September 7, and hoping to get down to 130-140 within a year.

I hope to get to know all you fellow 20-somethings as well!

I'm new, also! I joined the July Fitness challenge, so hopefully that will be motivation enough to kick my butt into high gear!

This place is great! I've found the Fitness Challeges to be really motivating for me - it helps to be held accountable for exercising!
